We deliver high-quality Civil Engineering and Building projects across Lincolnshire and the surrounding regions, working on a diverse and engaging portfolio of developments.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

• Leading the technical, design, and regulatory aspects of our construction projects.
• Ensuring all work complies with statutory legislation, project specifications, and construction standards.
• Collaborating closely with:
  • The Commercial team during the tender & pre-construction.
  • The Operations team during delivery phase.
• Managing and completing risk assessments, method statements, and the temporary works register for each project in conjunction with the Operations team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in technical and design management within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and health & safety compliance.
• Proven experience in coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams across project stages.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk and safety management..

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Demonstrates a strong team-oriented mindset, with a collaborative and supportive working style.
